The second joint venture, the Italian Monast Group, is a breeding and slaughtering group with more than 40 years of experience, and it is a leader in Italian beef cattle breeding. Monast Group has its own slaughterhouse, the entire procedure is UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certified, has its own biogas plant and slaughter plant, and has advanced beef cattle breeding concepts and breeding management techniques. After the establishment of the joint venture, it will adopt a new concept, suitable for the development of breeding models in China, and achieve sustainable development of advanced enterprises in raising beef cattle. Through research and control of the entire production chain, the company will build its own brand from calf breeding to beef sales. The entire beef industry chain, including the company’s breeding, will be scientifically controlled using advanced technology to ensure that Chinese consumers are provided with high-quality beef products with traceable origin.
